Fulfillment location All orders ship from our warehouse in New York, USA.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

*Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are estimates only, not guarantees. "Business days" means Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Shipping rates and carriers are subject to change without notice; the rate and method confirmed at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships from our New York warehouse. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; Worth Sports LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of carrier tracking data.
Shipping Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to help locate a delayed shipment but cannot guarantee a resolution timeline.
- Delivered packages: Once a carrier marks a package as "delivered," Worth Sports LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers should ensure their shipping address is accurate and secure before completing checkout.
- Address errors: We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout. Additional shipping charges to reroute a misaddressed package may apply.
- Order changes: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, method, or cancel the order.
